Requirements

  • 4+ years of business or systems analysis experience
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and use case documentation
  • Experience with enterprise applications, ERP, or SaaS platforms
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • CBAP or similar certification
  • Experience in financial services or accounting systems
  • Agile delivery experience
