All AJA service engagements are structured under a two-center delivery model. Dallas leadership manages client relationships, solution architecture, quality assurance, and strategic alignment. Our India IT delivery center handles software engineering, AI development, automation build-out, and technical delivery execution.

Both centers operate under identical quality standards and accountability frameworks. Client-facing communication, reporting, and relationship management is exclusively US-based. Technical depth, delivery capacity, and cost-effectiveness is provided by the India center.
